Hell, I can solve this one!  The line can start from outside the left
of the figure and go through the segments in this order: 3, 1, 2, 5,
13, 16, 15, 11, 14, 10, 6, 7, 12, 9, 8, then rise slightly out of the
plane of the drawing and go through #4.                           :-)
