Hardback was published about 3 years ago, for $50; a full-sized paperback has now been published, for about $20. An incredible work of scholarship, with all there is to know about the songs, their origins, performances, and the railroading behind them. This book can be ordered by any full-service bookstore. Any folk musician or railfan will spend countless hours with this book.
