UOJC = Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations. They are very well known for their famous Kashrut symbol (certifying that some product is kosher, and is under their supervision), the O-U. NCSY = National Council of Synagogue Youth. This is an arm of the O-U involved in outreach. They run programs promoting a heightenening of religious awareness and observance. Participants in these programs are generally teenagers, high-school students. To contact them, one can write to their national ofice in New York City. I'll have to look up the address. The books by Rabbi Aryeh Kaplan should be available in Hebrew book stores; perhaps even in your own city. If you don't see them, ask for them.
