	I have but one comment on this subject:  Petroleum jelly 
	(Vaseline, etc) dissolves latex, and is therefore almost
	guarantees Broken Rubber Baby Bumpers.  Beware!
	Not all condom manufacturers point this out on the label.  
	I sure wish Dr. Ruth would comment on this more often.
