Atari (U.S.A.) says that the CP/M emulator for the 520ST, CPMZ80.TOS,
should not have been posted to the net.  It is still copyrighted and
they are upset about the West German division releasing it.

Neil Harris of Atari was the one who was contacted regarding the West
German software and it is indeed copyrighted by Atari.  Atari *DOES*
plan on commercializing this software in the future and it should be
removed from the Libraries.  Neil also states that the current version
does have some *significant* bugs and would create more problems than
solutions.
