	Please, no flames about posting this to net.sources, if you have a
better place, tell me.

	Due to a flood of mail, I will post PROCOMM.ARC, to net.sources.  See
my review (366@ethos.UUCP) on net.micro.pc.  At this point in time, I don't
have UUENCODE however.  This means I can't post it untill I either get a copy,
or figure out another way to send a binary file accross the net.
