...on lll-crg.arpa in ~ftp/pub/tvx/.  There are about 10 files
containing the various parts that were posted to the net.
Use the usual anonymous ftp.

People who aren't on the Arpanet:  you have to get a copy some
other way.  Try posting to a local "wanted" newsgroup for your
area, e.g. here in the SF Bay Area it would be "ba.wanted".
*Don't* post anything to net.sources or net.sources.bugs about your
problem, though -- we've heard it already.
