	If a new shuttle would cost $2 billion, I don't think the 
American people would begrudge the dollars,  After all, that would
represent only two one-thousandths of the more-than $1 trillion the
federal government is already planning to spend in 1986.
	We could buy 5 new shuttles for less than the cost of dairy
price-supports for one year alone.  Put it in perspective.
