The only cases I know of are the following: Kentucky over LSU UNC over Georgia Tech Notre Dame over Syracuse (Orangemen big men hurt) Duke over St. John's at MSG (Pre-season NIT) I know of some teams who are now in the top twenty who lost early home games before they hit their stride (e.g. Indiana losing to Michigan & Michigan State early), but I'm looking for present top-20 teams who lost home games while in the top twenty.
