I *LIKE* Star Trek, I still watch it occasionally, but the "humans are the greatest thing since sliced bread" attitude always grates on me. ESPECIALLY when Spock is usually the one who got the sh*t. I mean, all that crap McCoy gave Spock about firing off the last of the fuel in the Galileo Seven. THAT WAS THE LOGICAL THING TO DO!!!!! They didn't have a chance sitting around waiting to die!!! Almost all of the humans' psychology seemed to be "oh no, Spock is looking better than us again, we better insult him and drag him down to our level." Gaaaa! As for the person who told Mark to get off the net, it's only an opinion, ok? I mean, Mark and I seem to be in the minority, and we'll probably never write Star Trek scripts, so what's the big deal? You and your cherished concepts are safe. Diane
