Before contacting any of them, you might want to read the following books: Armington, Stan, TREKKING IN THE HIMALAYAS, Lonely Planet, 1982. Bezruchka, Stephen, TREKKING IN NEPAL, The Mountaineers, 1985. These guidebooks describe the logistics of trekking and the various styles available (from fully arranged through an agency to self guided, live off the land).
