They may fly to Thailand. Locally, they are handled by Council Travel in Berkeley. In general, I'd like to recommend the CIEE flights. They're the one of the oldest charter operators around and very reliable. Their European service is especially good, serving many major European cities from NY, LA, SF, and Chicago on major charter airlines. The prices are quite reasonable. I believe that they also operate charters to Mexico and South America, and it wouldn't surprise me if they also flew to Asia. I know that the CIEE flights can be booked directly through the CIEE offices in New York, and also through Council Travel offices, which can be found in most major university cities and towns.
