Anyone ever bump MAXDSIZ in the 4.2BSD kernel?  What is
the relationship between MAXDSIZ and NDMAP & DMMAX?  More
specifically, how much should NDMAP and DMMAX be increased
for a given increase in MAXDSIZ?
