Has anybody out there mastered how to compose your own character
sets for the VT220, better still is there any software around
to help you to do this? I need to produce things like an upside down
A, a back to front E plus about 30 more temporal logic and VDM symbols.

I'm generally interested in any software that will help me program
the 220, for example the function keys.
