Yes. Use "tc", which is designed to turn C/A/T typesetter codes (as generated by raw troff) into Tek 4014 codes. Many terminals, such as HP264x and VT24x, will emulate a Tek 4014 well enough to use tc. The resolution provided is rather poor.
