    Looks like two messages crossed paths on the way over the net!
Another article recommended _The_McDougall_Plan_, and I concur.
This book has a wealth of nutritional information and a lot of
good recipes to boot.
    There are a variety of "spinoff" cookbooks available, all with
"The McDougall" in their titles.  They're good recipes (though
some could make better use of herbs).  Highly recommended.
