He orders a JVC 566 in November, was constantly told it had been shipped (given three different ship dates),then it was "lost" by UPS, etc. etc. etc. He cancelled the order. 7 weeks later, he still had not gotten a credit to his credit card. He calls them, and the state that it is not there business to issue a credit. He should get his bank to cancel the charge! This is called a switchback where the BANK eats the charge. NYW is apparently trying to take the money and run. Ken has written the bank, the FTC, and Video Review with the details of this matter. If you have had any troubles with N. Y. Wholesalers, Inc., please also write the FTC and the magazine from whose ad you ordered the merchandise. IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING A PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE, ***BEWARE***. --Kne
