San Diego, Academic Computer Center Lines: 20 Keywords: CALMA, Un*x, plot(5) Hello, out there. We in the applied physics/optics group at UC San Diego have a CALMA design station, and would like to make use of cell libraries and the like that are written in CIF. We therefore need a translator to the CALMA language GDSII. A translator in the reverse direction is also desired. Something that runs either on Un*x or on the CALMA host (an ECLIPSE 140 under "CDOS," for us) is needed. Also, I'm looking for some way to plot CIF on Berkeley 4.3 (a quick check revealed that cifplot is not installed on my machine). The Un*x plot(5) format would be just dandy. As usual, I'm looking for something for nothing or for a small fee (university rates). In eager anticipation, Tim Drabik UC Sandy Eggo La Jolla, CA 92093 ...sdcsvax!sdcc6!ix826 ix826%sdcc6@SDCSVAX
