I'm looking for a (relatively) high speed hardware FIFO chip to use
in an asynchronous multiprocessor communication channel.

Requirements:

    - At least 64 words long
    - 4 or 8 bits wide (this is a byte-wide stream) 
    - At least 5MHz maximum data rate
