I'm desperately looking for the source to a "diff" program.  It doesn't
have to be an exact clone of the Unix version, just something that does
a competent job of reporting the differences between two text files.
(I'll be using this in a non-Unix environment, which is why I can't just use
Unix's diff.)

C source would be nice, but I'm desperate enough that I'll hand convert
from just about any programming language that I can read (Pascal, Ratfor,
whatever).  Public domain source would be nice, but that's not essential.
