It was just that I read into the article a sort of "since-you-guys-have-been-spreading-such bad-information, I'll-have-to-set-you-straight" attitude, when, in fact I couldn't recall ANY real advice having been spread, wrong or right. I thought his article was good, but I don't think it needed to be administered like a spanking. I do apologize for ranting and raving a bit, but I had just had a similar experience with a colleague in the non-virtual world and thought.. "oh no not again!" At any rate, I hope I have not fallen into disrepute because of my little tantrum, and I hope we can all continue to share information.
