San Diego Lines: 14 Keywords: occam transputer unix Xref: watmath net.lang:2155 net.arch:2633 In response to the inquiry about the availability of an Occam compiler under UNIX: Yes, a UNIX version of the Occam compiler is available from the Computing Laboratory, University of Kent at Canterbury. Dr. Peter H. Welch is the person to contact there. Their distribution will run under either 4.2bsd (& I've used also used it under 4.3bsd) as well as System V. They include 'occ', an Occam compiler, and 'oced', which resembles the Inmos 'OPS' editor cum checker. Handling charge is about 12 pounds.
