This is one of the early versions. Recently I heard rough sounds on the speakers when playing selections. Looking at the disk, there appeared to be very small scratches on it. So, I put on a brand new sparkling disk, played it for a while, took it out, and voila, noticed very fine scratches. Not nice. The rough speaker sounds appeared to be happening at the precise instant a head touched my disk. Anyone had similar experiences? I now have to get it fixed at my expense, seeing how the warranty ran out a long time ago.
