The first hundred pages or so were rough sledding, but well worth it -- it remains the funniest book I've ever read. BTW, I read the book several years ago because I thought I remembered hearing someone do an interview with Bill Walton in which someone asked one of those, "Who would you like to be...," questions, and he replied "Henry Burlingame." Did anyone else hear this, or was I the victim of some strange, drug-induced fantasy. Should I have posted this to net.sport.hoops? :-)
