Are they compatible? And if not, can they be made compatible? We are a 4.2BSD site trying to establish a UUCP connection with a SYSV site. I am not sure what version of SYSV they are running. There doesn't seem to be a problem when they are in the MASTER role (ie. they initiate the call) but if we try to call them we get a handshake failure. When we are expecting the ROK, they send us RLGIN. I have looked at cico.c and there is no mention at all of RLGIN, so it consequently fails. Any suggestions? Please respond via email. Thanks. -- Chris Grevstad {sdcsvax, hplabs}!sdcrdcf!psivax!nrcvax!chris ucbvax!calma!nrcvax!chris ihnp4!nrcvax!chris If things don't change, they will probably remain the same.
