The article talked about the huge popularity of a new model, the Oskar (I believe that it is manufactured by Sunbeam.) Apparently, it is made with you in mind: versatile, easy to operate, easy to clean, small (you can store it in a cabinet, if you are short on counter space) etc., and inexpensive. Approximate retail: $50-75. The article warns that the Oskar is not made for those who have any ambitions of becoming major gourmets, and, because they are so popular at the moment, may be difficult to find.
