Most advertisements for cassette tape now have these tapes in the drive to make the drive "look better". Well, don't buy them, at least the C90 version. The tin causes the tape to bend and crease during the first minute or so of playing. I'm planning on sending the tape back to TEAC but I haven't gotten around to it. Caveat Emptor. Joe Heneghan
