   Goose grease is great on rye bread toast that has been
rubbed with garlic, and then lightly salted. Not for calorie
counters, hypertensives or vampires.
   Since I am none of the above, I enjoy it when I can - not
too frequently as we have goose about once in every 2-3
years!
