Generally while we sat frantically taking an exam the teacher would break off into this bellowing, rhetorical monologue, one of them went like this: I'M an engineer I built a bridge... it was 10 feet too short... CAN I GET PARTIAL CREDIT!?!? Needless to say we weren't quite sure whether to laugh or to cry. -Barry Shein, Boston University
