Hartford, CT Lines: 9 Xref: watmath net.general:529 net.lan:1335 net.dcom:1716 We have just installed a MACOM Ethernet Plus Broadband Transceiver. Our environment consists of 3 8600's, a 785, terminal server, DECnet router plus the myriad of disks and tapes on 2 HSC50's. We are having a very unusual problem that causes a lot of DECnet "adjacent node failures". Also, unpredictably, the everybody logged into the system via the terminal server is logged out, they must re-log back into the system. Has anybody out there had any experience with Broadband Ethernet? All these problems go away when we disconnect the MACOM box.
