The hibiscus was neglected (not watered) and has almost made it to the compost pile. Any suggestions on reviving. It's a four inch plant made from a cutting. Should I just take some more cuttings? Best time? Best method of propagation? The bosai are equally sad, looking semi-alive. Should I use any fertilizer on it? Do they mind the heat and sun (I'm unfortunately living in southern California, but that's another story.) Any helpful suggestions will be appreciated. Kevin Carlson @ UCSD
