  A bestiary of so-and-so's -- the worst of the lot:

1. The idiot in the third lane that just HAS to get off at that exit --
    20 feet ahead.

2. Similar idiot, on the off-ramp this time, suddenly HAS to get back on
    the highway over that triangular area immediately in front of the
    `EXIT ->'  sign

3. The jerk that stops and waits for a green light to turn red.

4. The utter dipshit that wants to turn right but, lacking the balls to try
    the space between the vehicle ahead and the curb, has to block that space
    so nobody else can get through either.
