I don't blame you.  I'm the idiot that screwed this up.  They snip off the
'B' and the 'R' on the ENDS so that it looks like:
 	IN - N - OUT
 	  U R G E  

I hope my fellow netters find this funny now.  (Boy! I should be taken out
and shot!).
