He's got the right idea.  But the newsgroup is already there.  Shouldn't 
these types of discussions be put in net.jokes.d (the d IS for discussion)?
This letter should be there, too.  My apologies for not acting in accordance
with what is written here, but the way to reach the offenders is to atack
them where they reside...
