Some people have no respect for law and order.  For example, there's
a landlord here in Atlanta that had two apts he rented.  One he rented 
to a prostitute.  The other to a drug pusher.

But the law finally caught up with him.  You know what he was charged
with?













For being the "lessor of two evils"!
