In high school, my friend Dixie Rock and I went to a showing of "The
Fall of the House of Usher".  It just so happened that two boys we knew
wound up sitting behind us.  At one of the most suspenceful parts of
the movie, one of the boys reached out and grabbed Dixie's shoulder,
expecting a resultant hysterical scream.  She quite calmly patted his
hand, and said "That's okay, it's only a movie!"
(At least it got a good laugh! :-)
