Reagan, Gorbechev, and Marcos are flying in a plane when the
engines quit.  There is only one parachute.  Reagan says, "Since
I'm the leader of the richest country in the world, I'll take
the parachute."  Gorbechev says, "Since I'm the leader of the
most powerful country in the world, I'll take the parachute."
Marcos says, "Let's take a vote."  

Marcos wins, 14 - 2.
