Some systems do not use a readnews system that allws you to pass over
the unwanted articles with an 'n' key.  These systems display the first
page of the article before you can go to the next one.  If you have to
make jokes about something that you know is a touchy subject and some
people might be offended, then that is what Rot 13 is for.
