Just had to tell the WORLD! (Flame me and I'll denounce you as the Grinch
who stole Christmas...)
	My wife Ruth and I are delighted to announce the arrival of
Adam Nicholas Chmara into this world (the kid's GREAT, the world ain't
so hot...sigh).  He weighs in at 7lb 14oz and about 21" length; born
10:28 am after more hours of labour than is fair to announce to the net.
Mom and Adam are both doing well (though Adam has jaundice; so what else
is new...).  It was a nonmedicated ("natural") birth, which Ruth credits
for the fact that she feels GREAT...I think it's just 'cause she's great...
after all, I'm allowed...
	Right now I'm floating about six inches off the ground...it's
just as well no one ever told me how good I'd feel -- I'd never have believed
them anyway...

	Just another penguin (floating) on the road to Shambala...
