    Hi,

We would like to have an RPC (Remote Procedure Call) implementation after
the RPC implementation on the SUNs, working on Data General hardware.
More specifically, the DG systems are:

    DG MV10000,
    AOS/VS 6.0
    connected to Ethernet via ILC board of DG. (provides TCP connections)

We are willing to put some of the effort, thus, we are also interested in
any subsystems implementation, namely:

    UDP/IP  (I am not sure yet how many hooks to IP the ILC board has)
    XDR     (eXtended Data Representation library)

will provide any hints.
