To those who asked, I do not intend to post aplchars.7 again.  You can
get it by mail from the address below.

Explanation: the page describes the 1982 UNIX APL\11, with REAL OVERSTRIKES.
It does not describe the old UNIX APL.  If you multiply with "#", you
have the old APL; if you multiply with "M" or "X", you have the new
APL.
