I have got a fair bit of mail about how hard it is to find a
C++ book. That is most annoying for me too. I'm not involved
with book distribution, but I phoned Addison-Wesley and raised
hell as best I could. They asked me to pass on apologies.
They sold out (except for 100 books somewhere in Canada).
They are printing again monday and will start shipping again
in about three weeks.
