Why is this on info-c and not unix-info?

Isn't the situation that BSD is experimental and SysV commercial?  That's why 
SysV doesn't have all the goodies we want--and doesn't have a lot of the junk.

This is not to slander Berkeley.  Just the reverse.  If you don't risk you 
can't improve.
