Aha! I guess you are the one I need to properly inform in order to 
be added to the "official" modula-2 mailing list, huh?  I would
appreciate it very much if you could oblige me in this regard.  Thanks.

Now that that's taken care of, what exactly does a subscriber receive
as a consequence to being included in the m2 mailing list?  Hoping
that it is more discussion about m2 and the like.
