However, on the issue of drug testing I agree. The police cannot search your home or your car unless they can show just cause; so allowing an employer, or any other agency to search my body or mind without just cause is unconstitutional. I might also add that drug testing isn't the only area involved; several large corporations of late have taken to administering lie detector tests as a condition for employment. Companies justify this by saying that they are trying to reduce employee theft!
