I had a friend who cut out milk for a while.  He used soy-milk
and said it was a pretty good substitute.  Not as good as regular
milk, but better than dry cereal.  Unfortunately, I don't know
what brand he used.

I know people who like orange juice on their cereal too.  Maybe
you could try that?
