The front part is the Hard Palate. It was just a late night typo. The lesion is just behind the teeth and large. Second note: I obviously can't enforce this, but I would prefer my answer to be the first answer posted (and I've been pretty good recently about the 7 day lag) If you have any discussion, they can obviously follow the answer.
