	First note:  I described an ulceration of the front half of the
roof of the mouth, describing this as Soft Palate. The front part is
the Hard Palate.  It was just a late night typo. The lesion is just behind 
the teeth and large.

	Second note:  I obviously can't enforce this, but I would prefer my
answer to be the first answer posted (and I've been pretty good recently about
the 7 day lag) If you have any discussion, they can obviously follow the
answer.  The only reason I make this request, is because I would hate to see
a huge discussion started on the wrong disease -- although I must admit,
recently anyway, the posted followups have been correct and of good quality.
