I want to warn you all that I strongly suspect that downloading
files over the serial port, via the copy command, while running 
gfxmem may cause disks to become unreadable.

Several times while doing long downloads, the output disk 
got an I/O error and upon rebooting was totally
unreadable.  If gfxmem is not running, this does not happen.

What do you think is happening here?  Too bad too, 'cause I think
it is a nifty little utility, but after screwing up several disks,
I'm scared to run it.
