	How do I get/change the console keymap vectors and tables?  I have
access to the release 1.0 manuals, but there are no examples, and the 
manuals conflict with each other.  The Kernel manual refers me to "console.
doc", which I can't find, and tells me to use functions "GetKeyMap" and 
"SetKeyMap", which I also can't find.  The Intuition manual lists functions
"CDAskKeyMap" and "CDSetKeyMap", which (you guessed it) I can't find. The
Lattice C include:"console.h" and "keymaps.h" files don't help.  They
tell me about io_commands called "CD_ASKKEYMAP" and "CD_SETKEYMAP", but DoIO
returns an error when I try them (and I don't know what to use for parms).
