How about using xmodem or kermit to upload the binary file to the sytem that
you are reading the news on.

Use uuencode to make it a text file.

Send the file thru-out the net. (post news to net.micro.apple)

After you see it in net.micro.apple --- save it to your system

Use uudecode to make it a binary file again.

use xmodem or kermit to tranfer it to you apple
